Where do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world and have customers in over 70 countries. (The only countries we don't currently ship to are: Albania, Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Kosovo, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Slovenia, Tunisia, Vietnam)

For globle selling we have warehouses in USA, DE, UK, JP, CHN .
USA: All products are shipped by us from our warehouse in XIX6, LA, USA.
Other: We'll select a better shipment.

What does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $99 (USA only). Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price.

How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.

Domestic Shipping (within the USA):

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class and Priority): 5-10 business days
Express Shipping (USPS Express Mail): 2-3 business days


International Shipping (varies per country):

Priority International: 7-15 business days (customs processing times vary)

Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes if I live outside the USA?
Most likely. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

Can I track my order?
We typically ship orders in 2-4 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. International customers, once your packages leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but your package is still on its way.
